Welcome to Dea Cinta Atelier

Hello, my name is Dea. I am the one behind Dea Cinta Atelier. I am an indonesian artist based in The Netherlands. Art plays big role in my life. I was working as makeup artist in my 20’s thats how i start in my artistic journey then when i move abroad i have another interest in other form of art and it was face & body painting. During that time, i began exploring painting more deeply. I started to exploring traditional art and slowly discovered my love for it.

After exploring different art medium, i realised that each medium brings a different emotion and energy. I am deeply inspired by simple moments in everyday life. Tree branches against the sky, the pattern of leaves, muted shadow color on the ground, sunlight that shine between the trees, and the beauty of a flower bud before it blooms.

These simple moments brings me happiness and peace, and i love translating those feelings into my art. I hope people who also appreciate the beauty of everyday life can feel sense of warmth, calm, and connection through my work.
