Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. 
if your return is accepted, return instructions and the return shipping address will be provided by email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us at deacintaatelier@gmail.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale items may not be eligible for return outside of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period. EU consumers retain the right to return sale items within the 14-day cooling-off period regardless of sale status.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the item is shipped into European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

The items must be returned in the same condition that it was received, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned item, as required by EU law. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Custom & Commissioned Artwork

Custom and commissioned pieces are not eligible for return or refund, as they are created specifically to your requirements. This is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c). Please ensure all details are confirmed before placing a commission order.
