Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. As each piece is handmade with care, we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Carriers We ship via PostNL or other trusted carriers, depending on the size and destination of your order. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Delivery Times Once your order has been dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times based on your location:
- Netherlands: 2–3 business days
- Western EU (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg): 5–7 business days
- Southern EU (Cyprus, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Spain): 7–14 business days
- Eastern EU (Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia): 7–14 business days
- Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Sweden): 7–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
